A lot of damages are done after a colour scheme is proposed and executed. That is, the conflicting colours of the furniture and fitting with the colours. Most of the reasons, are the concept of the furniture and the colour scheme.

The usual practice here in Malaysia is that owners will purchase their furniture and have the interior design done separately. Therefore, the colour scheme, as part of the interior design, is not coordinated properly. As a result, we see good colour scheme spoiled by the innocent mistake made by the owners. 生活点滴 – 护士把她的名字写成玩弄性器官

有个朋友名字叫“贾岚芊”，很特别的名字

可是她的英文名字却是很难听Ga Lam Qiun，发音有点像咬性器官。

有人曾经问过她，为什么？
她说这个名字是护士写错了，把Qian写成Qiun了。

“你怎么知道护士写错？”

“我爸爸说的。”
“啊！你爸爸没有写名字给护士看吗？”

“有啊！可是护士写错了！”

“是不是你爸爸把 a 写成 u 了？因为很多人写 a 都没有把 a 的头关上的。”

“呃………呃……….,不会啦！我爸爸不可能写错的，一定是护士写错。”

“你那么肯定你爸爸没有写错？拿到报生纸的那一刻还可以检查，若有错，还来得及改的。可能他怕你怨他一辈子才说是护士的错，把所有罪名都推向一个根本不可能找到，也想象不到样貌得护士身上而已。”

“总之，就是不是我爸爸的错啦！”

很多人都很想逃避一些自己接受不了的事实，一直给自己理由，催眠自己相信自己的理由，把自己的理由合理化，也要别人相信你的合理化后的理由。

我也不是很喜欢我的马来名字 – Lim Peng Boon 一直都有人叫我ah peng，一讲到ah peng，给人影像就是偏平发，裤子拉到胸前，走路时脚开开，啪啪走的。

还有一个Boon，boon boon很难听啊！

可是我就是ah peng 骑着摩多车boon boon boon…..=333 走透透啊！你去google那边搜寻“Lim Peng Boon”还可以找到我的facebook呢！

How important are colours to your space? This is a no value question but it is also an important question. If you use your room from 12am to 7am, then the importance reduces accordingly. However, the longer you spend time in your room, the more important colours are going to get. Bedroom is an important place to watch up for colours but living room is the place where it is most watched up! Living room is the most used space in the house. We watch TV, the family mingle, kids have fun with their toys, parents entertaining guests, teenager study while watching TV, so forth so on. The impact of the colours are obvious when so much time of the day the space is being utilized. The difference it would make is not obvious to the people who live in it most of the time. Nevertheless, the impact is there. For example, if the room is used a lot in the day time, and when the room receive ample natural lights, the owner could consider using darker tone or it would be too bright for the persons who are using the space in those time frame. If the kid is studying in the morning and would normally revise homework in the living room, then a darker shade of green can be adopted because it is good for the tiring eyes. A lot of considerations have to be made when adopting colours in the living space. You may not be aware of the importance of colours but it is there. Research on colours are intensive in the West and that is the reason why we all could see vivid and beautiful interior design. 生活点滴 – 可爱的槟城人 Penang Road

槟城路小车多，养成了槟城人“鲁莽”的驾驶习惯，槟城人在吉隆坡这种大都会驾车，往往可以“称霸”。

生意伙伴从吉隆坡到槟城，我充当他的司机载他去见顾客。经过Penang Road时，他忽然喊要吃Cendol，我立刻把车停在大路旁，叫了一碗Cendol让他在车上吃。

生意伙伴问我这样停在路边会不会有问题，我说：“槟城人很奇怪的，只要你不是阻挡着整条路，他们多数都不会鸟你。”

如果这事情发生在吉隆坡，后面的车肯定会Horn你Horn到脑残。

我家附近学校前面，有一个“晚上时等于是多余的红绿灯” ，就算你闯红灯也不会构成危险，（晚上大门紧闭，肯定没车从学校出来）。不过我每次都是遵守规则，有一次却被后面的车子Horn个不停。

所以说，槟城驾驶者的另一个特色，就是该Horn的时候他不Horn，不该Horn的时候他却Horn不停，不闯红灯也会被Horn。

我开玩笑对我的伙伴说：“说不定以前那些外国快餐店要搞Drive Thru时，是来槟城做实地考察的。”

Very often, people view colour as a function of paint. And they also view paint as a protective coat for the wall and surface.

This view has to be challenged because colour moves beyond protective function.

Red: Painting your room red shows your passion of love. It is very intense emotionally. In decorating, red is usually used as an accent. Decorators say that red furniture should
be perfect since it will attract attentio

Yellow: Cheerful sunny yellow is an attention getter. While it is considered an optimistic color, people lose their tempers more often in yellow rooms, and babies will cry more. It is the most difficult color for the eye to take in, so it can be overpowering if overused. Yellow enhances concentration, hence its use for legal pads. It also speeds metabolism.

Green: Currently the most popular decorating color, green symbolizes nature. It is the easiest color on the eye and can improve vision. It is a calming, refreshing color.

Purple : The color of royalty, purple connotes luxury, wealth, and sophistication. It is also feminine and romantic. However, because it is rare in nature, purple can appear artificial.

Brown: Solid, reliable brown is the color of earth and is abundant in nature. Light brown implies genuineness while dark brown is similar to wood or leather. Brown can also be sad and wistful. Men are more apt to say brown is one of their favorite colors.

Black: Black is the color of authority and power. It is popular in fashion because it makes people appear thinner. It is also stylish and timeless. Black also implies submission.

Dear All,

Please be informed that Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA (GMI) will be organizing “Debat ISA : Haram atau Halal?” in the light of the recent claims made by a group called Majlis Permuafakatan Ummah (PEWARIS) chanting that ISA is in line with Islam and it is needed in order to protect the religion of Islam.Please be informed that GMI has sent an invitation to PEWARIS to send their representative to refute the anti ISA stand taken by GMI.

To date, we have not received any reply from PEWARIS whether they will be coming to the event in order to present their views which are in support of the ISA. In the spirit of freedom of speech and expression, the positive reply from PEWARIS to debate on the above mentioned issue is very much anticipated.

We hope that this information can be published on your respective blogs in order to inform the public on the event. 男人女人 – 今晚我要陪你睡。。。让我陪你睡，好吗？

我们喝着早茶，闲聊着。

H：“我老公昨晚被上司拉去Aloha。”

我：“哦，是吗？”

H：“他说没有背着我乱来，所以才敢向我坦白。”

我：“。。。 。。。”

H：“他说被中国妹拉着说[今晚我要陪你睡。。。让我陪你睡，好吗？]”

我：“然后呢？他怎样回答？”

H：“他说[我自己睡]。”

这时我笑了，只是觉得，有时男人的话其实不该把它看得太认真。

我：“如果他存心骗你，你是不会知道的。可是再认真想想，我是说如果，如果他有心骗你，就是说他还不想失去你，他还是爱你的。那你就成全他，相信他好了，没必要再去想太多。聪明的女人应该在适当的时候保持冷静与沉默的。”

H：“我想他应该不敢背着我乱来啦。。。我警告过他，如果被我发现了，紧记四个字[同归于尽]。”

我们后来还聊了很多。

她说丈夫告诉她，他是绝对不会和没有感情的女人干那回事的。

男人真的那么有定力吗？我其实是怀疑的。

因为向来都认为，男人可以和没有感情的女人干那回事，而女人却绝对不会和没有感情的男人干那回事的。

无论如何，那也是人家的夫妻话题，我也不便多发表。

至于[同归于尽]，我想那可太愚蠢了。我们活在这世上，就该真真切切地热爱生命，没必要为了一个男人而毁了自己，因为他没资格。

如果因为没钱，而要我放弃买鞋这嗜好，我宁可让自己饿死算了。最近有点失常，一直看上那些平时决不可能看上的鞋子，例如红色和银色鞋子。
